While we designed the Duchamp line as a complement to Lacanche’s Cluny ranges, these hoods have proven popular in many applications.

Inspired by the Cluny range, we designed the Duchamp as a Lacanche complement with all colours and Euorpean dimensions available, but it’s since proven to be overwhelmingly popular.

With its smooth finish and soft lines, the stunning rendition above, shown in classic black with the inference of golds, adds just the right nuance to any opulent kitchen design.

Duchamp believed that art involved the spectator’s contribution, and this rounded yet solid frame was inspired by this integral concept. While our stamped metal patterns are our trademark, our hoods look just as stunning with smooth surfaces in a polished contemporary kitchen environment. This Duchamp frame evokes images of classic Americana, from 50’s diners to classic cars. This hood was built to fit over an Aga Legacy range. Our standard Burgundy color is an exact match for the Aga’s brick red color, as well as the “cabaret red” offered by La Cornue in the CornuFé line.
