When we wanted a range hood style that symbolized classic Americana, we looked, paradoxically, to one of the wildest European Surrealists for our artistic inspiration. Marcel Duchamp shocked audiences from his early cubist works to his later Dadaist provocations, but he consistently pointed a way forward for art.
